Ringing In The New

This will be my first blog post in over two months. What an OUTRAGE! It's been a very intense time of finishing school, adjusting to self-regulating myself and my time, and continuing to learn website design. Well, more specifically, coding. Well, more specifically, CSS styling. Well, more specifically, losing my mind. My labours have felt, as I was trying to say to Double-A-Ron the other night (though I couldn't remember how to pronounce it), SISYPHEAN.

Till now. There has been a certain amount of, shall we say, resolution. In that I have at least finished both my own website, balampman.ca, and a website for my husband David P. Smith and his music, davidpsmithmusic.ca. Do give them a gander... they represent gallons of life-blood. I am now officially seeking out work as a creator of websites.

My hope is that I can balance creating websites with creating artwork. I sold six collage pieces to a very supportive patron of the arts today! Unprecedented! It'll be the topic of my next blog post, no doubt.
